Senior Quality Analyst

About the role

The Senior Quality Analyst will drive quality initiatives for existing and new automotive products within Benteler's manufacturing environment. You will ensure compliance with the Quality Management System on the shop floor and support continuous improvement of production quality.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality concepts for products and processes.
• Maintain daily updates, visualization and analysis of FTTQ, SPC and scrap data.
• Lead failure analysis for customer rejections, geometry control issues and internal quality problems.
• Support optimisation of production lines with a focus on quality performance.
• Conduct line audits, ensure Control Plan adherence and manage lessons‑learned implementation.
• Escalate quality‑related problems to management and enforce safety procedures.
• Apply Benteler’s IATF 16949 standards and follow non‑conformance procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a large manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Experience working directly with customers and handling customer‑related quality issues.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• IATF 16949 knowledge.
• VDA 6.3 knowledge.
• Quality Core Tools experience.
• Proficiency with SPC, FTTQ and scrap data analysis.
• Computer literacy and data‑visualisation skills.
