Main Missions

• Lead complex design projects from initial concept development to final execution.
• Conduct precise space planning and architectural layout design.
• Develop comprehensive construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Manage the selection of high-end Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E).
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee project timelines and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the process.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer, ideally within the luxury or high-end residential sector.
• Strong expertise in spatial planning, architecture, and technical construction drawings.
• Exceptional eye for detail and a passion for luxury aesthetics and innovation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in interior design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• Expertise in FF&E selection and procurement.
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of local building regulations and technical standards.
