Join one of Africa's leading manufacturers of sterile vaccines in this high-impact leadership role. We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and meticulous Head of Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and strategic growth within a goal-oriented environment.

Missions principales

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and stringent regulatory requirements.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to ensure seamless alignment between departments.
• Oversee demand forecasting and production planning for a complex portfolio of 510 sterile pharmaceutical products.
• Manage strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and inventory levels to optimize working capital.
• Ensure full GMP compliance across all warehouse operations and oversee complex cold chain logistics for distribution across African markets.
• Drive digital transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with SAHPRA, WHO, and FDA standards.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Extensive operational experience within a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in business planning, ERP utilization, and strategic supplier management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex regulatory landscapes (SAHPRA, WHO, FDA).
• Academic background: Degree in Supply Chain Management combined with a Business Management qualification.
