Senior Consultant HTA – UK Market

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead health technology assessment (HTA) projects for the UK market. This manager‑level position will shape evidence generation strategies, support client engagements with agencies such as NICE and the SMC, and contribute to the growth of the Global Health Economics and HTA team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HTA project strategies focused on UK requirements.
• Lead business development activities, building and maintaining senior client relationships.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to meet client milestones.
• Collaborate with global senior leadership and centres of excellence to enhance service offerings.
• Support submissions and engagements with UK HTA agencies, identifying and mitigating potential challenges.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in health economics, epidemiology, statistics, or a related life‑science discipline.
• Significant experience in HTA, health economics, or market access within the pharmaceutical or medical‑device sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex client projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of UK HTA processes, including NICE and SMC pathways.
