Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (Top‑Tier Strategy Firms)

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants from leading firms to help design and evaluate realistic consulting scenarios for training advanced AI systems. This remote, freelance position involves translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured tasks that AI agents can learn from.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments, creating detailed scenarios with industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and more.
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards by developing grading frameworks, rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based grading systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience forming and defending recommendations under uncertainty.
• No deep technical background required; onboarding on lightweight tools will be provided.
