Senior Conceptual Designer - Retail & Experiential Design

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Conceptual Designer to redefine brand experiences through high-impact retail, event, and center-court environments. As a key creative driver, you will transform abstract ideas into immersive physical realities that captivate audiences and elevate brand prestige.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and present up to 5 high-level, ready-to-pitch concepts for major retail and experiential projects.
• Enhance the creative direction of retail and center-court experiences, ensuring a premium aesthetic.
• Elevate pitch decks through powerful visual storytelling to drive business growth and winning bids.
• Act as the agency's creative trendsetter, identifying emerging movements in beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle.
• Lead the conceptual development of large-scale campaigns and establish a seamless workflow between concept, studio, and production.
• Foster and animate a culture of conceptual design excellence within the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a "Consumer Journey Guru" with a deep understanding of premium brand positioning.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in conceptual, experiential, or retail environmental design.
• Agency background with specific expertise in events, brand activations, or exhibitions.
• Strong visual thinker with an innate ability to innovate and stay ahead of global design trends.
• Ability to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution.

Required Skills

• Mastery of 3D software (Blender, Substance, Dimension, SketchUp, Cinema4D, or similar).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong sketching and hand-drawing abilities (a significant asset).
• Expertise in visual storytelling and high-end pitch deck creation.
• Deep knowledge of lifestyle, beauty, and cosmetic design trends.
