Senior Change Management Consultant – HubSpot Transformations

About the role

Huble, a global HubSpot partner, is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead change workstreams on HubSpot transformation programmes and to shape Huble’s change management offering. You will work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable adoption outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change strategy from discovery through post‑go‑live adoption for HubSpot implementations.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and identify adoption risks.
• Design and execute change roadmaps, communication plans, and training strategies aligned with programme milestones.
• Facilitate workshops with C‑suite sponsors, programme teams, and end‑users to build alignment and champion networks.
• Define, document, and scale Huble’s change management methodology, adapting frameworks such as ADKAR and Kotter.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on readiness, risk, and adoption metrics.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience delivering change management on large CRM or digital transformation projects.
• Comfortable operating independently and influencing executive audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Required skills

• HubSpot platform expertise.
• Familiarity with ADKAR change management framework.
• Familiarity with Kotter change management framework.
