Sales Financial Controller

The Olive Theory illustrates how small details can drive big savings. As a Sales Financial Controller for a leading international multi‑sector catering organisation, you will blend finance, pricing and commercial strategy to improve margins and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance teams with invoice auditing, month‑end reporting and billing query resolution.
• Manage invoice simulations and align commercial finance with operational needs.
• Calculate cost of sales, extract raw financial data and produce management reports.
• Provide pricing analysis for menu or service changes and update internal pricing systems.
• Monitor billing accuracy, SLA compliance and identify margin‑enhancing opportunities.
• Review and optimise pricing and financial processes, ensuring data integrity and commercial relevance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, commercial finance or costing.
• Exposure to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial thinking and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems.
