Sales Development Representative (Remote, Commission Only)

About the role
We are looking for a fast‑acting Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You will be the first voice that contacts inbound applicants, qualifying them and routing the right prospects to our closers.
Key responsibilities
- Call inbound applicants within minutes of submission to maximise conversion.
- Run qualification calls to assess needs, budget, and timing.
- Determine the appropriate Affluent Academy tier for each applicant.
- Book qualified prospects onto a closer’s calendar with full context.
- Reschedule no‑shows and recover prospects who drop before the close call.
- Maintain clean notes and pipeline data in the CRM after every conversation.
Required profile
- Phone‑based experience (inbound sales, screening, recruiting, or similar).
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for four or more hours per day.
- Strong judgement to quickly identify serious buyers.
- Availability during UK business hours (or ability to work them).
- Self‑managed, target‑driven, and coachable.
- Ready to start immediately.
Required skills
What we offer
- Full‑time remote position.
- Commission‑only compensation with OTE $3,000‑$6,000+ per month, uncapped.
- Warm inbound pipeline – no cold prospecting required.
