Residential Registered Nurse – Part‑time (53.2 hrs/fortnight)

About the role

This permanent part‑time position is based at Lefroy Care Centre in Bull Creek, offering 53.2 hours per fortnight across a rotating two‑week roster. The successful candidate must be able to commit to all scheduled shifts and will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care for older residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and reviews of residents.
• Safely administer prescribed medication.
• Manage and prevent falls through proactive strategies.
• Complete accurate documentation and support care planning.
• Supervise daily delivery of care plans and mentor care staff.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and aged‑care standards.
