About the role

Join Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Fertility Clinic, providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and families throughout their reproductive health journey. Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, formulate nursing diagnoses, and evaluate progress toward goals.
• Provide patient and family education on fertility treatments, procedures, and self‑care.
• Coordinate care delivery across the continuum, anticipating patient needs and ensuring safe environments.
• Document care accurately and communicate pertinent information to the healthcare team.

Required profile

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Experience applying the nursing process in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and adherence to Board of Nursing standards.
