Regional Manager – Johannesburg

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead our client’s Gauteng footprint. This senior leader will oversee multiple functional areas, drive operational excellence, and ensure the region meets aggressive growth targets in a fast‑moving 5G telecommunications environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and performance oversight to functional managers across call centre sales, logistics, technical refurbishment, and retail stores.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure sales, operational and technical targets are achieved.
• Facilitate seamless communication and workflow between warehouse, refurb facility, retail outlets and call centre.
• Standardise best practices, remove bottlenecks and intervene decisively when units underperform.
• Report on Gauteng performance, P&L, and risk management to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience, preferably as a manager of managers.
• Proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, rapidly changing environment.
• Assertive, data‑driven leadership style with strong commercial acumen.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, quick decision‑making and high accountability.

Required skills

• Strong commercial and financial management capabilities.
• Experience managing regional teams across logistics, call centre sales and retail operations.
