Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution and delivery of internal business and IT projects. The role involves building strong relationships with internal customers, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate project coordination by building and maintaining strong business relations with internal customers.
• Review legal and procedural changes that impact projects and ensure compliance.
• Validate product deliverables with departmental teams and hand over to development.
• Analyze processes and systems, recommending improvements.
• Organise and manage daily, weekly and monthly meetings with business stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports and communication plans.
• Track end‑to‑end project schedules, report variances and drive resolutions.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan covering scope, communication, risk, issues, dependencies, decisions, cost and stakeholder management.
• Assist team leads in backlog review and reprioritisation with stakeholders.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and tasks.
• Adhere to recognised project management methodologies such as PMI standards.
• Participate in design control activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Required profile

• Works well under pressure and demonstrates leadership in conflict resolution, escalations and coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time‑management abilities.
• Solid understanding of MS Office applications.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to recommend process improvements.
