Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the development and launch of agricultural machinery, driving market research, product planning, and project initiation. This role collaborates across multiple functions to bring new products from concept to mass production while continuously improving existing offerings based on market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research, as well as user demand analysis.
• Formulate product planning and initiate new projects.
• Define product requirements and oversee prototype development, field testing, and optimisation.
• Control project schedule, cost, and performance.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, sales, and purchasing teams to achieve mass production.
• Collect after‑sales and market feedback to upgrade existing products.
• Manage agricultural machinery appraisal and subsidy formalities.
• Track competitor products to enhance product configuration and selling points.
