Pharmacy Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Medirite Raslouw. In this role you will ensure seamless, efficient pharmacy operations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee individual dispensing and ensure accurate pharmacy operations.
• Manage pharmacy administration, housekeeping, and stock control.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support marketing campaigns.
• Plan operational work, set priorities, and schedule staff.
• Monitor operational performance and manage capacity and resourcing.
• Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships with prescribers, suppliers, head office, store manager, and cash office.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and manage the pharmacy budget.
• Lead, develop, tutor, and motivate staff, interns, and assistants.
