Personalised Learning Facilitator – Foundation Phase (Temporary)

About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking a temporary Personalised Learning Facilitator for the foundation phase. The role focuses on driving student achievement through the Learning Lab, providing targeted literacy and maths support in whole‑class, small‑group and one‑to‑one settings.

Key responsibilities

• Create a positive student culture around online learning and small‑group tutoring while maintaining high behavioural expectations.
• Coach students on the use of educational software and ensure the Learning Lab’s digital resources meet learner needs.
• Develop and submit lesson plans for tutoring sessions.
• Deliver small‑group instruction in literacy and mathematics.
• Produce bi‑weekly reports on mathematics progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to design individualized learning plans.
• Apply SPARK’s behaviour‑management and SEL curriculum.
• Maintain and responsibly store Learning Lab equipment, report damages, and keep an updated asset inventory.

Required profile

• Dynamic individual committed to rigorous, engaging learning experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, principals and school staff.
• Strong communication skills for coaching students and reporting progress.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, tech‑enabled, data‑driven environment.
