About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Technical Support Technician to join Pepkor Lifestyle. The successful candidate will apply their knowledge of IT hardware, software installations, and networking to improve system efficiency and support daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of IT hardware components.
• Install, configure, and update software applications across company devices.
• Assist with networking system setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to internal staff and external partners.
• Document technical procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Matriculation certificate.
• CompTIA A+ certification (Essentials and Core).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
