Packaging Attendant – Bulk Cheese Production

About the role

The Packaging Attendant supports the downstream packaging line in a bulk cheese manufacturing plant. Working on a shift basis, the role ensures that packaging equipment runs smoothly, product quality is maintained, and production data is accurately recorded.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery for bulk cheese products.
• Monitor equipment performance and intervene promptly to prevent downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with minor repairs.
• Capture and log production data, including output volumes and quality metrics.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards on the production line.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and food‑safety regulations.
• Contribute to meeting daily production targets and quality standards.
