About the role
The Office Operations Unit Manager leads the design and delivery of a high‑performing workplace across multiple sites. This hands‑on leader builds robust operational systems, ensures facilities, IT, and logistics run smoothly, and creates an environment where employees can focus on their core work.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of safe, functional, and future‑fit office spaces across several locations.
- Enable employees with the right digital tools, manage onboarding/offboarding, vendor relationships, and data security.
- Control the full lifecycle of assets, maintaining registers, audits, procurement and replacement planning.
- Oversee office logistics, supplier management and day‑to‑day procurement to ensure cost‑effective operations.
- Plan and execute internal events, travel logistics and workplace experiences that reinforce culture.
- Develop and maintain operational processes, policies, risk management and business continuity plans.
- Partner with HR to support onboarding, offboarding and basic employee administration.
- Lead, coach and set performance standards for the office operations team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in office operations, facilities or workplace management.
- Proven experience in a senior or managerial operations role.
- Strong organisational skills, calm under pressure and a focus on quality and consistency.
