About the role
The Customer Design team at MOO is looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our Cape Town hub. You will create high‑impact print and digital layouts for business customers, working under tight deadlines to bring their visions to life.
Key responsibilities
- Design bespoke assets across MOO’s full product range while adhering to brand guidelines and production specifications.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production and Customer Success to troubleshoot and fulfil design requests.
- Work with cross‑functional partners on external partnerships and internal MOO‑branded resources.
- Quality‑check files, resolve on‑screen issues and address print or design problems.
- Consistently meet strict turnaround times, including a 2 pm‑11 pm shift to support US customers.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong retouching ability and confidence presenting work to internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and passion for typography, kerning, leading and tracking.
- Understanding of digital print processes, including foil and UV printing.
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to balance immediate and longer‑term projects.
