Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer to join our global marketing team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will tell our brand story through impactful B2B visual storytelling, supporting the Marketing Director in elevating our international presence.

Main Missions

• Develop high-quality graphic assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, web banners, brochures, infographics, and advertisements.
• Translate creative briefs and design directions into innovative visual concepts inspired by industry trends.
• Enhance professional presentations (PowerPoint) and ensure all materials strictly adhere to global brand guidelines.
• Manage the end-to-end design production process, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Oversee print production management, including obtaining quotes, coordinating with suppliers, validating finishes, and managing invoicing/deadlines.
• Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital asset library to ensure brand consistency.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in graphic design and marketing, preferably within a B2B international environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with global stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to propose fresh, trend-driven ideas.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand integrity.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro).
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and Canva.
• Strong layout and typography skills for both digital and print media.
• Project management and supplier coordination capabilities.
• Visual storytelling and brand identity reinforcement.
