Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support PKF Octagon’s national marketing strategy across eight member firms, PKF Ignite, and PKF Experience. This junior‑level position focuses on coordinating campaigns, creating content, and ensuring consistent brand delivery across digital, internal, and client‑facing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage social media platforms; assist with content creation and audience engagement.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholders.
• Draft and edit newsletters, website copy, LinkedIn posts, and internal communications while maintaining brand voice.
• Support email marketing, CRM database management, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for webinars, sponsorships, and events, handling communications and follow‑ups.
• Update website content, ensure SEO alignment, and manage CMS.
• Track marketing analytics, provide insights, and conduct competitor/industry research.
• Maintain marketing calendars, manage briefs, and assist with budget tracking.
