Local Security Governance and Investigation Expert – Africa

About the role

The Local Security Governance and Investigation Expert will ensure the overall governance of the Physical Security Management System (PSMS) across Bosch sites in Africa. The role includes conducting investigations of criminal incidents, supporting compliance investigations, and advising local management on security risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the PSMS at the local level within the C/AUP governance framework, analyse the security situation and define risk‑mitigation measures.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of risk‑mitigation actions, run risk‑based spot‑checks, assess the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements.
• Conduct security investigations, implement the C/AUP investigation process, and provide timely information to business and regional security managers.
• Support compliance investigations on request and maintain communication with local authorities and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in physical security governance, investigations and risk management.
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of African legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with local management, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and drive security initiatives across multiple locations.
