About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generator and Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing business coaching firm. The role is fully remote and focuses on high‑volume outbound outreach to turn cold prospects into qualified discovery meetings.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists from online sources based on industry, geography and company size.
  • Execute daily calling cadences, manage high‑rejection environments and maintain a disciplined follow‑up routine.
  • Use GoHighLevel CRM to import contacts, run power‑dialer campaigns and track pipeline stages.
  • Convert conversations into booked discovery meetings, ensuring prospects meet qualification criteria.
  • Collaborate with the coach to refine scripts and objection‑handling tactics.
  • Report daily activity metrics (dials, talks, bookings) and own results against KPI targets.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting or hunter‑style sales.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to handle high rejection rates and stay motivated.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel (CRM, power‑dialer, workflow management).

What we offer

  • Base pay of $8 per hour plus $35 for each meeting held.
  • Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:30 PM EST with a 30‑minute lunch break.
  • 90‑day probation period and opportunity to grow within a results‑driven culture.
