Kitchen Staff – Pub Kitchen Team

About the role

Join the busy kitchen team at The Admiral Collingwood pub, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while keeping the workspace clean and safe. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the required specifications.
• Operate kitchen workstations such as grills, fryers and microwaves.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Rotate stock, store food safely and assist with kitchen clean‑downs.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet time and quality targets.
• Complete induction, role‑specific and refresher training.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and friendly with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and stay calm under pressure.
• Team‑oriented and able to follow food‑hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.
