Junior Graphic Designer (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

ECP, a leading conference and event management company, is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer on a three‑month contract. You will create visual content that supports conferences, exhibitions, publications, digital platforms and corporate branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and produce high‑quality creative materials for conferences, exhibitions and corporate events.
• Design brochures, publications, advertising and marketing collateral, signage, logos and corporate identity documents.
• Develop website concepts, prototypes and digital media assets.
• Create venue and exhibition branding, including signage and environmental graphics.
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and branding materials.
• Prepare rough drafts based on briefs and review final layouts, suggesting improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, advertising or corporate branding is advantageous.
• Experience managing print production processes is a plus.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication, teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
