Junior Accounts Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Accounts Clerk to join our finance team in Pretoria. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to develop accounting skills while supporting daily financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance administration.
• Capture invoices and record financial information.
• File and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support debtor and creditor administration.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare basic reports.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

Required profile

• Age between 18 and 47 years.
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate; accounting or finance qualification is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and good numerical and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Previous accounting or administrative experience is advantageous.
