About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our Cape Town team and provide on‑site technical support to hotel staff and management. The role demands a proactive attitude in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, ensuring all IT systems run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site IT support to hotel staff and management.
• Perform proactive system monitoring and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for issue resolution.
• Track and manage support incidents using ticketing tools.
• Assist with IT infrastructure improvements and upgrades.
• Set up and support event equipment for meetings and functions.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience in IT systems support.
• Mid‑career level (mid‑level) professional.
• Relevant certificates, diplomas or certifications in IT.
