About the role

The role involves providing on‑site technical support to clients across Durban, ensuring equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and rapid response to technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Respond to on‑site call‑outs, diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with good driving skills (assessment required).
• Matric certificate.
• Strong communication and computer literacy.
• Willingness to spend time away from home and work weekends when needed.
• Technical background with experience on machinery, networks and computers.
• Fast learner able to adapt quickly.

Required skills

• CompTIA A+ certification (preferred).
• CompTIA N+ certification (preferred).
