Join the dynamic Pepkor Installations team in a pivotal role designed to drive operational excellence. As an Installations Manager, you will play a key role in orchestrating logistics and installation processes, ensuring that our retail environments are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Missions principales

• Supervise and manage installation teams and external contractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with logistics contractors to guarantee timely delivery of furniture and fittings (F&F) to sites.
• Communicate the shopfitting program effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage operational costs, including transport and labor, while maintaining budget precision.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, compliance, and manage any on-site snags.
• Maintain the shopfitting program dashboard and report any material shortages promptly.
• Ensure strict adherence to OHASA safety standards on all sites.
• Manage client relations and evaluations to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Profil recherché

• Grade 12 qualification with a relevant tertiary degree in Retail, Shopfitting, or Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in fixtures and fittings, installations, or construction.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and people leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (intermediate level).
