About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all hotel areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager in planning staff schedules, training, and performance monitoring.
• Inspect rooms, corridors, and facilities to guarantee quality and safety compliance.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
