Head of Rest of Africa – Gaming Operations

About the role

KingMakers is seeking a dynamic leader to head its Rest of Africa operations for SuperSportBet. You will oversee market execution, drive growth across existing and new territories, and act as the operational hub linking product, marketing, payments, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day market execution, including campaigns, CMS updates, payments, and customer‑care escalations while tracking core KPIs such as stakes, MAU, GGR/NGR, and generosity.
• Serve as the execution link across Product, Marketing, CMS, Payments, Customer Care, Finance and local teams, ensuring clear priorities, timelines and decision‑making.
• Support operational readiness and launch execution for new African markets, providing insight, requirements and scalable frameworks.
• Manage relationships with local marketing agencies, payment providers, and Group Finance to ensure smooth operational delivery and accurate forecasting.
• Analyse market performance, translate KPIs into operational actions, identify risks and opportunities, and produce structured weekly and monthly reports for the MD Rest of Africa.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading gaming or iGaming operations in African markets.
• Strong track record of managing cross‑functional teams and country managers.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
