Main Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Host and Connectivity Center teams to ensure excellence during the guest stay.
• Anticipate guest profiles and specific needs, including preferences, allergies, and special celebrations.
• Conceptualize, organize, and execute personalized amenities and memorable keepsakes.
• Collaborate closely with the Guest Experience Manager and department heads to elevate service standards.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment for your team.
• Plan workflows and manage staff allocation to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Contribute to departmental meetings, training sessions, and operational planning for arrivals and pre-conventions.
