Graphic Designer – Creative Visuals for Hospitality & Lifestyle

About the role

Boschendal is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content that supports its hospitality, retail, food, wine and craft experiences. The role blends print and digital design, helping to communicate the farm’s regenerative purpose and brand story.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for print and digital channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, website content, newsletters, packaging, menus and signage.
• Maintain and enhance Boschendal’s brand identity across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, hospitality, retail and events teams to deliver high‑quality creative solutions.
• Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with printers and suppliers as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring brand consistency.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar graphic design role.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury or FMCG brands is advantageous.
• Creative, innovative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and branding.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
