GenAI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic GenAI Trainer to join Brandtech+ and deliver virtual instructor‑led sessions on our proprietary generative AI platforms. The role focuses on empowering participants across regions to master AI tools, ensuring they can apply them effectively in their daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, instructor‑led GenAI training for regional and market‑level audiences.
• Support program onboarding and facilitate change adoption in multiple markets.
• Provide practical workflow coaching and follow‑up support to guarantee competence.
• Assist with the rollout of new AI features and maintain consistent training standards globally.
• Translate complex software functionalities into clear, understandable concepts.
• Foster an interactive learning environment and moderate online community discussions.
• Continuously improve training materials in collaboration with the product and AI teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience delivering instructor‑led training, preferably on technology platforms.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering AI‑focused training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for simplifying technical topics.
• Strong passion for technology and artificial intelligence.
