Fuel Station Site Manager – Midstream

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fuel Station Site Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy midstream fuel station in Centurion. The role combines customer service excellence, inventory control, and staff leadership to ensure smooth, safe, and profitable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor and manage fuel and product inventory, place orders, and implement loss‑prevention controls.
• Oversee all station activities, including fuel dispensing, store operations, and routine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Create efficient shift rosters and manage a team of staff members.

Required profile

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Fuel Station Manager.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends, with immediate availability.
