About the role
MCI is seeking bilingual French-speaking professionals to join its call centre talent pool in Cape Town. As a French Call Center Representative you will engage with customers across multiple campaigns, delivering high‑quality support and ensuring a positive experience for each interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate information, assistance and problem resolution in French and English.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company’s systems.
- Meet defined quality, productivity and performance targets.
- Follow established procedures, campaign guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members while maintaining individual performance standards.
Required profile
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a BPO environment.
- Fluent oral and written French and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Good computer literacy and administrative aptitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
