Fixed-Term French Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Crescendo is seeking a bilingual French and English Customer Support Specialist for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is fully remote, serving customers across multiple industries via email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, thoughtful assistance to customers in French and English through email and live chat.
• Handle inquiries related to orders, product usage, account questions, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Meet defined KPIs for response time, resolution quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop deep knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex cases and share recurring feedback.
• Identify trends in customer interactions and suggest improvements to processes and products.
• Support additional projects as directed by the Customer Happiness Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively across different time zones.
• Friendly, calm demeanor with strong critical‑thinking abilities.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system (preferred).
