About the role

The Field Guide leads guided safari activities, delivering engaging wildlife experiences while ensuring the safety of guests and adherence to reserve standards. This role blends hospitality, interpretation of the natural environment, and support for conservation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct guided safari tours, providing informative commentary on flora, fauna, and ecosystem dynamics.
• Maintain guest safety by following reserve safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Interpret the natural environment through storytelling and educational insights.
• Support conservation initiatives and promote responsible wildlife interaction.
• Maintain guiding equipment, vehicles, and related tools in good working order.
• Assist with general lodge operations as needed, including guest services and logistical support.
