About the role

We are seeking a creative, organised and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will work within Carpenter Box, a regional business, while being employed by Sumer, the UK’s fastest‑growing accountancy firm. This role offers the chance to develop your marketing career in a dynamic professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging social media content and support daily posting.
• Assist with the creation of monthly newsletters.
• Write and edit blog posts and website articles.
• Produce and edit video content for social media and campaigns.
• Create internal and external communications, proposals and sales collateral.
• Update and maintain website content and manage inbound enquiries.
• Maintain digital presence across platforms and ensure database accuracy.
• Conduct market research to support campaigns and strategy.
• Coordinate with third‑party suppliers and provide marketing administration support.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience in professional services or the financial sector.
• Strong writing skills and confidence communicating in a professional setting.
• Organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, creative and eager to learn.
