Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimise Mukuru’s digital acquisition and retention strategy across multiple markets. The role focuses on performance‑driven campaigns that generate measurable revenue and customer growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end acquisition and retention strategies aligned to revenue and MAU targets.
• Lead paid media planning and execution with agency partners across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, display and programmatic channels.
• Optimise CPA, ROAS and LTV through A/B testing, landing‑page optimisation and budget reallocation.
• Integrate paid remarketing journeys with CRM and lifecycle teams to drive re‑activation and cross‑sell.
• Own digital dashboards, monitor CAC, LTV, conversion, churn and ROAS using GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with product, UX and BI teams to improve funnel performance and audience segmentation.
• Manage large digital budgets, forecast performance and ensure commercial efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing significant digital budgets.
• Experience in FinTech or regulated financial services is a plus.
