Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager

About the role

Secure Line Marketing is seeking a full‑time remote Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager. You will be the primary liaison for our fence and deck clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, clear communication, and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, driving satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze client performance metrics and deliverables to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, SEO, paid media) to maximize each customer’s ROI.
• Proactively translate technical marketing strategies into understandable recommendations.
• Advocate for the client internally, holding the team to higher standards and adjusting strategies before issues arise.
• Maintain a partnership mindset, acting as a personal advocate for each customer.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and satisfaction skills.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Proven ability in customer retention and relationship building.
• Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy formulation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in digital marketing or related fields is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is a plus.
