Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. You will work remotely, helping to boost online visibility, engage customers, and drive sales across the Shopify store and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation and identify marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in implementing new digital marketing tactics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required skills

• Excel (or Google Sheets) for data organisation and basic analysis.
• SEO tools and techniques for keyword research and optimisation.
