Data Scientist (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team on a flexible contract basis. You will work remotely, contributing 10‑40 hours per week to turn complex data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse data sets to ensure data integrity.
• Develop, validate, and implement statistical and predictive models.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Create compelling visualizations and reports for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously improve analytical methods and automate data workflows.

Required profile

• Strong experience in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to handle and clean large, complex data sets.
• Experience building and validating predictive models.
