As a Customer Service Specialist at Browns Jewellers, you will be the voice behind the brand, delivering memorable luxury experiences to every client. You will act as the central point of contact throughout the customer journey, ensuring each interaction reflects the high standards of the jewellery house.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and brand‑aligned support as the first point of contact for store queries.
• Create personalized service moments by understanding each client’s unique needs.
• Resolve product, service, and order‑related enquiries efficiently and with confidence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track and follow up on orders, guaranteeing seamless delivery of jewellery pieces.
• Stay informed on the latest collections, policies, and service standards to act as a trusted brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, customer experience, or customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Experience in luxury retail, high‑touch environments, helpdesk support, call centre, concierge, hospitality, or premium retail is advantageous.
