About the role
TalentPop App is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join its fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels and helping to create a positive experience with every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Assist customers with order tracking, shipping details, product information, and returns.
- Craft thoughtful, high‑quality responses that align with company service standards.
Required profile
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 1 year of online/remote customer service experience.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Adaptable, solutions‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (preferred).
