About the role

Join Huntswood as a Customer Service Agent supporting US healthcare members, providers, and brokers. You will work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment, handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from members, healthcare providers, and brokers.
• Provide clear, helpful information about health‑care plans, claims, and billing.
• Meet personal and team performance targets.
• Participate in training to handle increasingly complex queries.
• Document interactions and follow up on assigned projects.

Required profile

• Minimum two years recent call‑center experience, preferably on a US campaign.
• Understanding of US health‑insurance plans, claims, and billing is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and timely.
• High degree of integrity, patience, empathy, and diplomacy.
• Willingness to work flexible US‑hour shifts.
