About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Care Agent to provide warm, efficient, and professional support to our clients. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional tone.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
• Stay updated on products, services, and company policies.
• Identify improvement opportunities and share feedback with the team.
• Meet targets for response times, resolution rates, and satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer care or support.
• Warm, empathetic, and patient communication style.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Reliable home office with stable internet.
• Self‑motivated and dependable in a remote environment.
• Matric certificate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM/helpdesk tools such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
