About the role
We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team in Cape Town. The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels, ensuring a fast and effective resolution while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external customer contacts via phone, email, chat or other available channels.
- Achieve KPI targets related to response time, resolution quality and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record interactions and update relevant systems in line with data protection legislation.
- Manage escalated complaints and work towards satisfactory conclusions.
- Support the Team Leader by mentoring newer advisors and contributing to continuous improvement of service metrics.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and compliance.
- Willingness to coach and support colleagues as needed.
