Customer Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive acquisition and revenue growth across global markets. Based in Cape Town, you will work closely with our London‑based Growth team and collaborate with sales, partnerships, product and other functions to test and roll out initiatives that support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies based on market trends and customer insights.
• Run campaigns across key channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Optimise conversion funnels through continuous testing and improvement.
• Analyse performance using tools such as GA4 and translate data into actionable insights.
• Experiment with new tools, tactics and channels to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of paid and organic marketing channels, including SEO, backlinks, social, content, email, affiliate, community and UGC.
• Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as GA4, Hotjar and Klaviyo.
• Solid Excel skills and a data‑driven mindset.
• Naturally curious, comfortable testing ideas and challenging assumptions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
